Since starting, my strength has improved so much, my core is stronger than it’s ever been, and I feel more confident in my body every single day. The beautiful instructors are absolutely incredible — so supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They take the time to make sure you’re doing everything correctly while still pushing you to be your best. Every class feels encouraging, calming, challenging and definitely sweaty. It’s not just a workout, it’s something I now look forward to and prioritise for myself. Pilates Locale has been one of the best things I’ve ever done for my health and wellbeing. There’s heaps of variety in the workouts from the various instructors but they all delivery killer sessions. Yes the intensity is on the higher side, but as an older guy I always feel safe in the movements. With benefits of mobility, strength and endurance I’d encourage more guys to get on board 👌
