What is Hot Mat Pilates?

Hot Mat is a heated variation of traditional Mat Pilates that combines strengthening exercises with a high-intensity, low-impact format. Our Mat room uses ceiling mounted infrared panels to warm the space up to 38°C 🔥 

 

Our Signature Hot Mat sessions aren’t your average workout – it’s sweat, strength and next-level energy all in one. We keep things premium, playful and empowering so you leave feeling stronger and more connected.

 

All levels welcome. Pre-natal Warm and Non-Heated only.

Before You Arrive

Aim to Arrive 10 Minutes Early
This gives us time to say hello, show you around, chat through any injuries and allow you to settle in and get relaxed.

There’s plenty of free street parking around the studio. Be mindful of residential and private carparks

Wear Comfortable, Fitted Activewear
It gets Hot in the Mat Room! Socks are optional and not required.

Don’t forget to bring your Mat, Towel & Water bottle.
