Your 6 week journey

Each term is thoughtfully structured to support your postnatal recovery and confidence.

Weeks 1-2

Reconnect with your breath, core and pelvic floor

Weeks 3-4

Build strength and stability through controlled movement

Weeks 5-6

Move with more confidence, ease and flow

You’ll progress each week – at your own pace, in a supportive environment

What you'll feel

Duration: 6 weeks
Class time: Wednesdays 10.15am
Session length: 40 minutes
Baby age: 6 weeks to pre-walking (~12 months)
Group size: Max 10, small supportive group
Extras: Coffee + tote bag with your first class
Cost: $250

No need to organise childcare – you baby stays with you.
This is a judgement free zone for both of you 💛
