Build strength and stability through controlled movement
Weeks 5-6
Move with more confidence, ease and flow
You’ll progress each week – at your own pace, in a supportive environment
Each session is intentionally designed to feel calm, supportive and achievable.
You don’t need to be “ready” or “fit enough” – you just need to start.
Led by experienced instructors trained in postnatal movement, every class is designed with care, safety, and progression in mind.
Spots are limited to keep classes intimate and supportive.
